The objective of MTCI’s Recruiting Solutions BLOG is to provide the ARNG RRNCO with tips, techniques and skills that will assist them to accomplish a challenging but most important mission, recruiting soldiers to defend our great nation.  To accomplish this objective it is also important that MTCI seek to  provide the ARNG Strength Maintenance Leaders with tips, techniques and skills that will help them manage and lead our most important asset, the ARNG RRNCO.
