If the US Military, CIA, etc., had a school to train our people to be able to identify people we know when they are dressed like those “Arabs” (when one only sees hands and eyes and their body shapes and identifialbe movements) maybe our fighting forces could better ID a potential threat approaching. i.e., one might be able to tell if it is a male or female by the way he/she walks or by size of their hands softness of their facial features and to tell if maybe they have something under all that black canvas – or are they just fat. ???? I may be on to something.
